After no running and a generally lazy (physically) week it's time to get back into training. 30 min jog tomorrow then 60% of last training regime. Think I've rested enough. Need to get some speed for Woodhill 21k on the 25th.
Started running in September 2007.Moved to NZ in 2008 ran my first Marathon in Christchurch in 3:40. That was in June 2008 my next race was a 21k mountain run in Jan 2009 which took me 3:03. I ran 8 more Mountain 21k's and have about 12 this year 2010. I am writing this blog to remind myself of how I'm doing and how I done it.
